Ok. I cant find the cd thing that you put intothe computer to upload stuff onto my zune. So is there anyway I can upload music without it? Or is there anyway I can burn the cd thing?

   go to zune.net they should have the zune software available for download, I had to get it from there since the cd that came with my 1st gen 30 gig model wasn’t for vista
