I have downloaded a mixtape from the internet. I have windows vista and it goes to the downloads file. When i try to copy the file and paste it into my zune software media, It does not work. any help?

   You didn’t say what type of media file it is a video or audio.

   Zune will only support certain audio and video file formats. The file you are trying to put on your Zune needs to be in one of those formats.

   You can’t copy and paste files into your Zune program. Put compatible files into the monitored folders. Zune will find them there and import them into your collection. Then you can sync them to your Zune.
