I have already tried to delete all my music from my zune. On the computer, it says there is nothing on the zune. However, I have about 10 copies of ONE song and about 5 copies of another still left on the zune! HELP!?

There Is No Way Of Resetting A Zune.
The other person is wrong. Before I reset the Zune I would still try what I suggested in my other answer for this question. The erase content button. If erasing the content and resetting don’t work then try reformatting. You will need to make sure the stuff you want on your Zune is still on the computer as reformatting will return the zune to the condition it was in when you took it out of the box minus the sample stuff.

Reset:
1. Turn the Zune’s “Hold” switch to the “Off” position. This switch is located at the top of the device and is in the “Off” position when no portion of the switch is red.
2. Push and hold the “Back” button while simultaneously pressing the “Up” position on the control pad. Keep both buttons depressed until the screen goes blank.
3. Look for the “Zune” logo to appear on the screen. This indicates that the Zune is resetting itself.
4. Wait for the device to fully reset itself before attempting to operate it.
