My problem is not in my portable zune. It is in my actual zune program. I can’t get the program to play a cd strait through; it jumps around the cd until it has played every song.

   In the lower right-hand corner there should a little picture of pink intercepting arrows, to the left of your play options, click that and it turns shuffle off. If that doesn’t work mess with your settings
