I want to sell my Zune but would like to reset it to how it was when I first bought it.

I know I will loose the content that came with it, but I don’t want to have my pictures and stuff on the player either.

   first got to my computer
   then select the device(left click)
   select format and that should do it

   All you have to do is just delete all you contents from the library and it wont have anything on it no pics,no music,no videos if you reformat it then who ever buys it will have to download the new firmware just save the time and delete your playlists.
