I got a Zune 30 GB for christmas and I have already put all of my music and pictures to it.
About the videos, I used a program called Twins video to convert them, but the screen is too wide, and if I change the aspect ratio or the resolution, the video doesn’t go into the Zune. And I have the same problem with Xilisoft Zune video converter.

Please tell me how I can convert them and get a full screen.

   Make .mp4 files.

   Use Total Video Converter or something similar. Search google for it.

   i convert videos for my zune using this site:

   don’t pay for any of the converters, just scroll to the bottom and choose the free one. then when you have it downloaded open up the program, click open file at the top, browse for ur video, then at the bottom it says like what format you want your video in. click iPod MPEG-4 Movie. after its done convertering it should pop up on ur desktop and zune marketplace should automatically find it, if not just drag and drop it in and sync it. the zune market place will do its own conversion again but all the videos i’ve converted with this have worked. good luck.
