I don’t have any experience with Zune, so I don’t know what audio codec the Zune Marketplace uses, but you should be able to use a simple audio converter to convert them to .mp3 or .aac. A good converter for this is “dBpoweramp Music Converter.” Its shareware, but there’s a 21 day trial, which is plenty of time to convert all your music.
Again, I don’t know if it is, but if music purchased at Zune Marketplace is protected with DRM (digital rights management) then you’ll have to strip the protection off, using a program such as (not limited to) Tunebite Platinum. Or you can go the cheap route and burn your music to an mp3 cd, then rip it to your itunes library. This will also strip the DRM off. Do a google search on how to “strip off drm” and you can find lots more info.
Hope this works for you, or at least gives you a good idea of what you have to do.
