zune
Kathy S asked:

I am not all that computer literate. I’m trying! I made the mistake of buying on kid a Zune last year and another got an iPod for Christmas. I’m loading the Zune on my computer and already have iTunes. I’m hoping that they will work individually and not mess with each others systems. I appreciate any helpful advice or tips. Thanks!

Nope! You’re fine. If you think about it, you have windows media player and iTunes oj the same computer. They’re just two different software. The worst that can happen is that some of your iTunes music will be mixed with the zune (which isn’t a problem since I’m sure you’d probably want the same music on both)

You can have both on your PC at the same time, but there are some limitations. Any songs you bought via iTunes might not be shareable with the Zune software, and the other way around. Also, if either software has to convert the music files to be readable (ie: Windows format to Apple) then you’ll be duplicating the files on your computer.
